No-Bake Fudge Snow Balls

There’s much to love about these no-bake cookies! They are healthy, dairy-free, egg-free, gluten-free, vegan, and they taste great too. More no bake desserts I love are No Bake Peanut Butter Pie, No Bake Strawberries and Cream Crepe Cake, and No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies.  I’m a pretty lazy baker so I love cookies or any desserts that require minimal effort. That’s why I love making these edible cookie dough balls. The only appliance required is a food processor. I love my mini 4-cup food processor (affil link). If you don’t have one you can also used already ground almonds. They come out moist and chewy, almost like a chocolate cookie dough ball. Even though the points are for dough ball, the balls are dense and you don’t need much to satisfy the sweet tooth. Try pairing one with a cup of coffee or Chai tea for dessert.

Helpful tips for these no-bake fudge balls:

If the dough is too sticky to roll, keeping your hands damp with a little  bit of water on your hands to roll them help to keep the shape more easily. I like to keep my sink running while I’m doing this step. You can substitute almonds with another nut like cashew or walnuts if you’d like. You can substitute dates with prunes. And if you’re watching sugar intake, you can opt out the powder sugar or even sub with cocoa powder for a more bitter chocolatey treat. You can even substitute in protein powder for cacao for added protein.

Note: Points and nutrition values may vary for these substitutions.
