How to make Mushroom Noodles recipe step by step?
Prep
- Begin by boiling water. Once the water boils, add the ramen noodles. I love Ocean’s Halo which is a clean brand. Follow the instructions on the back of the packet, they shouldn’t boil more than 4 minutes. 2. Once noodles boil, rinse with cold water.
- In the meantime, slice shiitake mushrooms, chop garlic, and green chilies. 4. Chop scallions.
Cook Noodles
- Heat a wok on medium heat, once hot add oil and 1 tbsp of butter. 2. Add the chopped garlic and green chilies. Sauté for 30 seconds. 3. Add the mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes until the mushrooms release liquid. 4. This is what you should have. 5. Now add 1 tbsp soy sauce. Stir.
