Although you can make rice on the stovetop, these days I actually prefer making it in the Instant Pot. It’s easy, hands-off and makes perfect white rice every time. I’ve tested and perfected the rice-to-liquid ratio in the Instant Pot, which I’m sharing with you today. It makes fluffy rice you can serve with everything from chicken adobo to chicken tikka masala.
