It’s easier than you think, whether you’re adding them to your morning toast, serving as part of brunch, or using them to top your favorite grain bowl, here’s my go-to cooking method. Depending on how you like your yolk, I have a cooking range; 6 minutes for a runny yolk, 7 to 8 minutes if you like it a little more firm.
