Fridge: Cover the quiche with plastic wrap or foil and keep it in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. Reheat individual slices in the microwave for 30 seconds at a time, or reheat the entire quiche in a 350-degree Fahrenheit oven for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Pre-Make and Freeze Before Baking: Quiche can be prepared and then frozen for up to 3 months. Bake it from frozen at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour and a half until fully warmed through the center.
