Crock Pot Carne Guisada (Latin Beef Stew)
Serve this carne guisada (Latin Beef Stew) over rice topped with fresh aji picante – it’s a must and really brightens the flavors and rounds out the dish! I love coming home to a great slow cooker dinner. It’s perfect for those busy nights you know you won’t have time to cook.
