What is Creamy Masala Pasta?
Masala is essentially sauteing ginger, garlic, onions, and tomatoes until it forms a paste-like consistency. For this recipe, I omitted ginger, but I did use garlic, onions, and tomatoes. Throw in some thick coconut milk and lentil pasta, and you’ve got the most luscious Creamy Masala Red Lentil Pasta. This dish is bursting with flavor.
