Countertop or Fridge: You can store this cinnamon coffee cake in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days or in the refrigerator for up to 8 days. Freezer: To freeze the coffee cake, let it cool completely before wrapping it in 2-3 layers of plastic wrap, followed by a layer of aluminum foil. Place it in a freezer bag or an airtight container and freeze for up to 3 months. To Thaw: Remove the coffee cake from the freezer and let it thaw overnight in the refrigerator. You can bring it to room temperature once it’s thawed in the fridge. You can warm individual slices in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or warm the entire cake in the oven at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes. It just tastes better warm!
