BBQ Shrimp Skewers
I love making these quick and easy BBQ shrimp skewers for easy summer dinners. Every summer I make a my Kansas City Style BBQ Sauce to use over chicken, pulled pork, or whatever I feel like grilling. Last week, I used it on these shrimp skewers inspired by an appetizer we had at a local restaurant. It was served with guacamole, and we loved the combination! The BBQ sauce makes enough for several recipes and I love that I can control the ingredients used to make it. Of course, if you prefer to buy jarred BBQ, that would work fine also. A few other grilled shrimp favorites are Grilled Shrimp Scampi, Grilled Pesto Shrimp Skewers, and these Bangin’ Grilled Shrimp Skewers.
