Avocado Egg Salad Sandwich Indian Viral Chopped Sandwich

I just had to make a desi version of this sandwich using boiled eggs. Hope you guys enjoy this recipe. The idea behind this chopped sandwich is essentially all your ingredients are placed on a cutting board, chopped, and mixed. The result is mindblowing because you get every single ingredient in every bite – it’s so good. Of course, I had to make a desi version of this sandwich and since I don’t do deli meats, I opted for eggs. This is a classic mashed avocado and egg combined with veggies and Indian spices. Combine all the ingredients on a chopping board and chop away. Enjoy with toasted bread. 2. Add tomatoes and cucumbers. (Image 2) 3. Next add garlic, green chilies, and cilantro. (Image 3) 4.
